Acting Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine

Was appointed as Acting Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine by Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 100/2026 of February 4, 2026.

Education:

The Serhii Koroliov Zhytomyr Military Institute of Radio Electronics, majoring in radio and radio-technical intelligence;

The Ivan Chernyakhovskyi National Defence University of Ukraine, majoring in the organization of combat and operational support;

The Yevhenii Berezniak Military-Diplomatic Academy;

Specialized “Business Planning Course” in strategic planning in the field of national security and defence.

Professional Experience:

Served for more than 10 years in military units and technical intelligence subunits, rising from officer to head of a separate structural unit.

From 2012 through 2024, held positions in units of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine in the areas of strategic analysis and forecasting, planning of intelligence activities, and assessment of threats to Ukraine’s national security.

Since 2024 – with the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine (a Deputy Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, the First Deputy Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine).
